I grew up within a bilingual family, both in France and England. After my degree in psychology, I moved to London where I practiced as a mental health practitioner for 20 years. I worked with people from many different backgrounds, overcoming critical life events, health and relationship difficulties, building trust to accompany them both through times of crisis and in the long term. This, and my own experience of analysis, confirmed that lasting change can occur more readily when we  trust that the therapist accompanying us is both attentive, and able to reflect the content of our  thoughts and affects back to us in a new and meaningful way.
