Speaking to a therapist about what is troubling us can help us become more aware of our fundamental needs and desires and more attentive to our voice.

Why consult a therapist?

We might reach out to a therapist when things don’t feel right. Some of these feelings might be linked to health or work issues, difficult life events, or how we perceive ourselves and experience our relationships. Sometimes the reasons for this unease or unhappiness are not clear.

Speaking to someone within a safe, consistent and confidential space, built on trust and unconditional acceptance, can provide a sound framework from which to make sense of what is going on, and move towards meaningful and lasting change.
